LB PnP (Larger Bore Plug and Perforation) System
The LB PnP system is a more efficient plug and perforation approach that enables you to isolate multiple zones in a well during the well stimulation process.LB plugs are set in predetermined locations via wireline as in any typical plug and perforation completion. After the perforation and removal of the wireline tools from the well, a dissolvable frac ball is dropped in the well and seats in the LB PnP frac plug. At this point, the wellbore below plug is isolated and fracturing can be performed on this stage. After all stages of the frac are complete, the frac balls dissolve, clearing the path for production. Due to the unique design of the frac plug's large ID, there is no need for plug drill-out or removal to facilitate full production. This alleviates the need for additional coil tubing intervention.
The LB PnP system enables efficient well stimulation while providing the flexibility to add or remove predetermined fracture stages based on the reservoir response in the field during operation.
BenefitsTechnology allows for unlimited number of stages
Large ID eliminates the need for drill out or plug removal; thus reducing coil tubing intervention
Flexibility to add or remove predetermined fracture stages based in the reservoir response in the field during operation.
